Words

Samuel is trying more and more words lately. Here is a short list of some newer things he can say: backpack, papaw, help, more, and boo which means bubbles.

I am trying out the new blogger images tool. I am adding a small picture of the baby boy. He loves pillows.

His new favorite food is peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

10 New

I added 10 new pictures to our Flicr page. Click on the picture below if you don't already know how to get there.

Samuel has added a few words to his vocabulary. He will now moo like a cow, make beep beep car sounds, and vroom like a motorcycle.

Artwork

I decided to post some of Samuel's wonderful artwork from his new favorite toy, the Fisher Price Doodle board. I actually think he likes erasing more than drawing.



He did a really good portrait of the cat, but erased it before I could get a picture of it. I think he called this one "Dibble be da da"

New pictures.

I added some new pictures to our flickr page. 20 to be exact. Samuel and I got a haircut for the summer. Don't worry, he is still the cutest kid in the whole wide world. Here is a sample.....my favorite for this month.

Go go go

I think Samuel has decided to start increasing his language skills. (He has already mastered his running skills and dancing skills.) Before yesterday, he said No like Na. Now he clearly says No! And Shain said last night that the cat tried to sneak into Samuel's room when he was about to go to sleep, so she said go go go and waved her arm to get the cat out. When she turned around Samuel was standing up in his crib saying GO GO GO and waving his arm.

He also has started trying to say sentences. It is just in that cute toddler language for now, but he has good inflection.

Grass

We found out yesterday that Samuel does not like non-green grass. I think it was the hardness of it. He had no shoes on and would take really high steps to try not to step on the grass. Eventually we had to pick him up. Here is a photo of him with shoes on.....he seems pretty happy.

Not a joke

Today is April 1st and I decided to start a blog about my son. Before I just had a webpage on him. I thought it would be a good time to get with the trends and make a blog.
